Visit to the Monumental Illumination of Itaipu

Service Description

The tour is a tribute to the workers of Itaipu Dam. It includes an audio guide on the bus and a themed musical performance, featuring music from the border region, at the Central Viewpoint. After the show, the monumental illumination of the dam takes place, accompanied by a soundtrack. Tour only in Portuguese. Duration approximately 2 hours. Fridays and Saturdays at 7 PM, limited spaces. Included: - Transfers to the visit from hotels in the city center and/or located on the avenue on the way to the Falls; - Guides available in Spanish, English, or Portuguese; (Request when booking) Excluded: - Entrance to Itaipu Illuminated; - Drinks; - Food; - Gratuities; - Eco-Tourism Tax; Notes: - Our buses are open on the sides of the upper deck, so it is recommended to wear a raincoat on rainy days and warm clothing on cold days; - We are in a binational security area, therefore, all visitors must pass through the security barrier with x-ray machines and metal detector portals for the verification of belongings; - This tour may have its route altered, as needed by the Power Plant; - Some hotels in Foz do Iguaçu or Puerto Iguazú are not included in our route; in this case, we will inform you of the nearest hotel as the meeting point to pick you up. - Documentation to leave the country is the sole responsibility of the passenger and must be up-to-date, especially in the case of traveling with minors; Children's Policy: Children up to 2 years old do not pay as long as they do not occupy seats. Cancellation Policy: Deadline for cancellation without charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for the service. Departure Time: From 5:00 PM (Time to be confirmed).
